DEC-Nepal is a non-Governmental, non-profit making, non -political Community based organisation running by and for the Persons With Disabilities (Persons with disabilities). The motto of DEC-N is to empower the Persons with disabilities by providing access and opportunities to uplift their social, cultural, economic and environmental status. DEC-N has been duly registered with the District Administration Office (DAO) in Banke (Registration No. 888/064/065) and is affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (Affiliation NO. 23124). It is also affiliated with the National Federation of the Disabled-Nepal (NFDN). DEC-N is also affiliated with NGO federation and CBR National network. DEC-N has been working with various partners in four key strategy such as advocacy, awareness, networking and capacity building and service delivery.
